ECOMMERCE ANALYST INTERNSHIP

If you want to join us, we are looking for a colleague to join the Data Team (currently composed of 12 people) to manage consulting projects for international ecommerce in the fashion, cosmetics, sports, food, and design sectors (discover some of our clients here).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Collaborate on various Business Analysis projects, from defining requirements and analysis objectives in agreement with the client, identifying the necessary data, coordinating the different stakeholders involved, to presenting the project outputs (analyses, presentations, dashboards, etc.);
• Analyze data in the fields of E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, and CRM, aiming to identify useful and applicable insights for our clients’ businesses;
• Work with the Tech team on creating reporting systems (Digital Business Intelligence and Dashboarding) for our clients, with a particular focus on data visualization and usability by different stakeholders;
• Participate in research and development projects in data and analysis.

IDEAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Passion for Digital, ecommerce, and data analysis;
• Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree;
• Good knowledge of English (if you join the team, you will be involved in international projects with foreign clients);
• Ability to synthesize and communicate insights to various types of interlocutors, also through presentations;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets;
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Honesty, humility, tenacity, and precision;
• Proactive, enthusiastic, curious.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Degree in a statistical, economic, or scientific field;
• Experience (even academic) in analysis and reporting using Looker Studio and/or Tableau;
• Basic knowledge of advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.);

TIMING:

The selection process will take approximately 4 weeks.
The internship will last 6 months with hiring orientation.

Padua center, with the possibility of working at home for part of the week.
