Storeis wins the “Sustainability & Social Impact” Award 2023 

The award was presented during the CONgraduation AWARDS 2023 ceremony  organized by IUSVE, where we joined other partner companies acknowledged for their remarkable contributions to innovation, research, collaboration, and excellence in the fields of communication and creativity.

The initiative aims to highlight significant innovative projects for students, local community and work.

At Storeis we are committed to enhancing relationships between people, encouraging the sharing of ideas and promoting practices aimed at flexibility, well-being and work-life balance. For this reason, we have always implemented remote working and permanent work-from-anywhere policies, while also incentivizing flexible working hours and periodic training and team-building activities.

Promoting inclusivity and education are some of the commitments we have made to generate a positive impact within Storeis and the community we live in.

An example is our active involvement in the Digital-mente project this year. This initiative offers a free training course dedicated to young people in situations of difficulty or social distress. Our team of consultants shared their knowledge and expertise to support these young boys and girls. The result? A great experience of growth for both the Storeis team and the young involved, giving work a deeper meaning.

That is why we are pleased to be recognized by IUSVE as a company that exemplifies the model to follow in creating a work environment that values human relationships and the quality of professional life.
