Being awarded the Great Place to Work® certification is not easy; this is why it’s a particularly significant recognition: the company and its work culture are analyzed through two proprietary tools, the Trust Index© and the Culture Audit©, validated by over 30 years of research and analysis in organizations worldwide, which measure the employees’ opinion on their work environment and gather the HR management policies implemented by the company.
How is the Trust Index© calculated
The Trust Index© is a survey that measures the employees’ opinions and analyzes them, by aggregating them over 5 parameters:
What is the Culture Audit©?
It’s the document used to analyze the company and all the HR management policies.
Figures speak for themselves! We achieved a 98% Trust Index©, from the average of the following parameters: 100% Welcome and Cohesion, 99% Credibility and Integrity and 97% Pride and Equity.
The score is awarded on a scale from 0% to 100%, where 100% is the top value.
In Storeis case, the results are higher than the reference benchmark for ICT, Fast-Growing and Small-Cap companies in 2022.
