Great Place to Work® is an HR organizational consultancy company, leader in the study and analysis of corporate climate, in Italy and worldwide. 

By listening to the employees’ opinion on the work environment, it measures and certifies the people experience at the company in an objective manner, and it assesses whether it is a “great place to work for all”.

What is a “great place to work for all”?
It is a corporate environment that can maximize human potential, thanks to the presence of effective leaders, sharing significant values, and spreading trusting relationships between all employees, regardless of their personal characteristics and position.
A great place to work for all is an environment where everyone, regardless of their personal characteristics and position, acknowledges they are working in a place with an excellent organizational culture.

Being awarded the Great Place to Work® certification is not easy; this is why it’s a particularly significant recognition: the company and its work culture are analyzed through two proprietary tools, the Trust Index© and the Culture Audit©, validated by over 30 years of research and analysis in organizations worldwide, which measure the employees’ opinion on their work environment and gather the HR management policies implemented by the company.

How is the Trust Index© calculated
The Trust Index©  is a survey that measures the employees’ opinions and analyzes them, by aggregating them over 5 parameters:

  • Reputation: Two-way communication, Expertise, Integrity
  • Respect: Professional development, Involvement, Care
  • Equity: Treatment equity, Fairness, Justice
  • Pride: Individual work, Group work, Corporate image
  • Cohesion: Confidence, Reception, Cooperation

What is the Culture Audit©?
It’s the document used to analyze the company and all the HR management policies.

Figures speak for themselves! We achieved a 96% Trust Index©, from the average of the following parameters: 96% Reputation and Respect, 97% Equity, 94% Pride and 99% Cohesion.
The score is awarded on a scale from 0% to 100%, where 100% is the top value.

In Storeis case, the results are higher than the reference benchmark for ICT, Fast-Growing and Small-Cap companies in 2021.
