Storeis is a Best Workplaces™ in Europe 2024
We have been recognised for the first time among the Best Small & Medium Workplaces™ in Europe.
Specifically, we ranked 14th in the top 100 European companies from 50 to 499 employees to work in according to Great Place to Work.
Great Place to Work® is an international research and consultancy organisation that analyses the employee experience in companies around the world. Through in-depth surveys, it gathers direct feedback from employees, assessing company culture, work climate and opportunities for growth.
How does a company achieve Best Workplaces™ in Europe recognition?
Each year Great Place to Work® selects Europe’s best companies through a process that includes analysis of working practices and direct employee engagement. The Best Small & Medium Workplaces™ in Europe rankings highlight companies that stand out for excellence and innovation in the way they interface with people, taking into account aspects such as inclusion, trust, and collaboration among colleagues.
To be included in the ranking, companies must first achieve one or more Best Workplaces™ awards at national level. Storeis, for the fourth year in a row, recently achieved Great Place to Work® certification and further recognition as Best Workplaces™ for Women 2024, Best Workplaces™ for GenZ 2024 and Best Workplaces™ for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 2024 in Italy.
