WELCOME HOME!
Our day-to-day work life is made up of moments of sharing, training, play and feedback.
Whether we work from home or at the office, we are always a team. Every project challenges us to give our best, and always starts with a kick-off, a project plan and a dedicated team.
Every week, we take some time to learn something new: we hold training sessions and workshops (in-house or off-site) to deepen and share our best practices.
When we need a break, we drink a coffee in the kitchen or improvise a ping-pong game, or simply get out on the terrace and lie down on the hammock for a short nap.
In the evening, if we are not in a hurry, we stop for drinks with our colleagues and, every once in a while, we order pizza and eat it together, while watching a game.
