After years of growth, the fashion luxury sector is experiencing a phase of slowdown and transformation. How will the relationship between consumers and luxury evolve in the coming years? And what strategies should brands adopt to stay relevant?
In our new Insight Report, we have analyzed the changes redefining the meaning of luxury, based on a survey of 900 consumers across six key markets.
Key findings from the report:
- Consumers are seeking more personal and cultural experiences in luxury, moving away from status symbols. This is reflected in the projected increase in demand for Craftsmanship (+9.96%) and Community (+8.47%), while interest in Status is expected to decline (-5.03%).
- E-commerce will play an increasingly important role: its market share in fashion is set to grow from 32.4% in 2024 to 35.5% in 2025.
- Luxury brands are expected to act as “cultural curators”, offering unique experiences and entertainment to consumers who are becoming less influenced by external trends.
What you’ll find in the report:
- An in-depth analysis of the trends reshaping the global Fashion & Luxury sectors.
- Insights into new consumer expectations and their impact on brands.
- Strategic recommendations to address emerging challenges and build a digital experience that resonates with the evolving market demands.
