We are a (good) team. And we like being together
You won’t get bored at Storeis! We like to spend time together and also find time to share, play and party, besides working. Team events are a daily business: we periodically organize outings to see our colleagues and go over the processes or projects together, and learn something new.
Coffee, snacks and beer are always present at our offices, always available for a break in the kitchen or on the terrace, or for drinks at the end of the work day, in our big playroom.
Among the many benefits, newly-hired are greeted with a welcome pack, including several gadgets, such as our water bottle, backpack, agenda and a t-shirt.
In addition, to make their integration more seamless, there is also a buddy program: newly-hired are flanked by a mentor and by senior figures for their entire Induction period, and even after that. Apart from asking all the classic questions “no one would ask otherwise” to the buddy, helps establish strong and transparent relationships.

Our offices, our spaces, our home
Our office spaces were designed to promote new hybrid working methods: less than a third of the area is dedicated to desks and workstations, while the remaining sections have been designed to stimulate creativity, cooperation, play and relaxation. Among them: a playroom with a ping-pong table, Play Station and beer tap, hammocks (yes, king size hammocks 😉 and a big kitchen!
And then, even though we are in Padua city center, we are surrounded by nature: in the two outdoor terraces, in the meeting rooms and even on the desks, there are plants of any kind to keep us company.
In short, a space that fully reflects our spirit and our values!
