PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER 

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to join the HR Team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The figure will be the reference point of the Team and will be responsible for maintaining and improving internal quality standards (Retention) as well as coordinating and supporting the hiring of new talents (Recruiting).

We are looking for a person with previous skills in the world of digital agencies, who wants to enter a constantly growing reality, contributing to the maintenance and development of the corporate culture, and with a strong focus on people.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • You will work closely with the managers of different business areas to understand their needs
  • You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of a shared corporate culture, based on corporate values
  • You will work to “make people feel good” and follow their career path
  • You will manage the reward system (MBO, Welfare)
  • You will plan the training (internal and external)
  • You will collaborate with the Communications Team for aspects related to Internal Communications
  • You will coordinate and supervise the administrative aspects related to personnel management by interfacing with external suppliers (legal consultant, labor consultant, payroll office)
  • You will develop strategies for hiring staff: the needs of the team, managing the research process, hiring new people, and the onboarding process
  • You will follow the relationships with educational institutions
  • You will coordinate a process of caring for the “feedback culture and periodically share individual and team-based feedback
  • You will coordinate a working group

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1)
  • The people-first aim, with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
  • Experience in team management and coordination
  • Autonomy in the management of processes and a strong aptitude for improving them
  • Operational autonomy and compliance with deadlines

  • Curiosity and proactivity
  • Organization and planning
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Teamwork and effective communication

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of the world of agencies
  • Knowledge of roles related to Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience in a booming agency
