UX & CRO INTERNSHIP

We are looking for a colleague to join the UX & CRO team and who will be responsible for improving the conversions of international e-commerce sites for the fashion, sportswear, food and cosmetics sectors (discover some of our clients here).

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• A/B Testing: design, implement and analyze tests to optimize conversions and improve user experience;
• Heuristic analysis: evaluate the usability of sites by identifying critical issues and improvement opportunities;
• Usability testing with users: organize and conduct qualitative tests to understand user needs, preferences and friction points;
• Industry analysis: monitor market trends, best practices and benchmarks to ensure innovative and competitive solutions;
• User behavior analysis: use Web Analytics and UX analytics tools to collect data and delve deeper into interaction dynamics;
• Project Management: coordinate usability projects, managing teams and actors involved to maximize results;
• Reporting: create detailed reports, dashboards and analyzes to support strategic decisions and present clear and measurable results;

During the internship period you will be supported by more experienced colleagues, acquiring hard and soft skills that will allow you to better understand the world of website and ecommerce usability.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Ability to work in a team-working and manage projects in a collaborative way;
• Proficiency in analyzing and creating presentations;
• Good knowledge of Excel (do you know Pivot Tables?);
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Basic knowledge of design documents (e.g. wireframes, personas, user flows);
• Personal projects related to the world of UX and CRO;
• Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture;
• Previous experience in UX analysis or user testing;
• Personal projects related to design.

TIMING:

The selection process will take approximately 4 weeks.

The internship will last 6 months.

WORKING LOCATION:

Padua Centre, with the possibility of working remotely part of the time after a first period of presence.
