ADVERTISING INTERNSHIP SPORT FOCUS

If you would like to join us, we are looking for a colleague to join our Marketing & Media team (currently composed by 28 people) and to work on Digital Advertising campaigns for our sport client (discover here our client list).

IF YOU TURN OUT TO BE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU WILL BE TRAINED IN THE FOLLOWING MACRO AREAS:

• Google Ads: search, shopping, display, discovery, local, youtube;
• Social advertising: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, …;
• Data analysis: monitoring, optimization and reporting of results;
• Project management.

Additionally, working alongside our Senior Consultants, you will have the opportunity to acquire the Advertising and Consulting mindset that will allow you to understand and confidently work on Digital Marketing campaigns.

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

We are looking for either people with former advertising and media experience and people to train from zero to hero with the following skills:

• Passion for sport and a good knowledge and interest in the world of sport, including the dynamics of sporting events, athletes and current trends in sports products; 
• Passion for the Digital and Ecommerce;
• Knowledge of the main social media channels and their logic;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Ability to perform analyses and presentations;
• Good working knowledge of Excel;
• Critical thinking, attention to detail and a willingness to get involved;
• Being a good team player and managing one’s own time;
• [nice to have] Playing (or having played at a high level) a sport other than football (plus cycling/skiing/running/hiking/motorsport);
• [nice to have] Knowledge of a second foreign language;
• [nice to have] Good working knowledge of Google Analytics;
• [nice to have] Knowledge of digital marketing logics and basics of advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, …);
• [nice to have] Former experience on data viz tools (i.e. Google Looker Studio).

TIMING: 

The selection process will take approximately 4 weeks. 

The internship will last 6 months with the possibility of permanent hiring.

Our headquarters are based in Padua city center, with the possibility of working remotely for some days a week
