WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a colleague who will take care of our people and become the reference point of Team.

Your mission will be above all to continue to grow people we already have (Retention) and attract new talent (Recruitment), maintaining our vision and values alive as the team grows.

We are looking for someone with vision across all areas of the P&C world, who can not only coordinate but also “get their hands dirty” operationally.

Ideally, we would like you to have previous skills in the world of digital agencies, in order to fully understand the dynamics of the sector and its operational processes, but if you don’t have any, don’t worry, we can teach you about our world. What you absolutely must have are innate qualities of empathy and active listening.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of a shared company culture, based on company values;
  • You will work to “make people feel good” and follow their career path;
  • You will work closely with the managers of the different business areas to understand their needs and help them to do their job better;
  • You will manage the reward system (MBO, Welfare);
  • You will plan training (internal and external);
  • You will collaborate with the Communications area for aspects related to Internal Communication;
  • You will coordinate and supervise the administrative aspects of personnel management by interfacing with external suppliers (legal advisor, labor consultant, payroll office);
  • You will develop strategies for hiring staff: the needs of the team, managing the research process, hiring new people e and the onboarding process;
  • You will follow up relations with training organizations;
  • You will coordinate a process of caring “feedback culture” and share individual and team feedback on a regular basis;
  • You will help maintain the spirit and values that characterize us and have helped Storeis to be a Great Place To Work.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • At least 5/6 years of experience in HR in a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2);
  • People-first spirit, with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy;
  • Strong active listening skills and “enjoyment” in solving your colleagues’ problems;
  • Experience in team management and coordination;
  • Autonomy in the management of processes and a strong aptitude for improving them;
  • Operational autonomy and compliance with deadlines;
  • Easy going style (no jacket and tie).

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Curiosity and proactivity;
  • Organization and planning;
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
  • Teamwork and effective communication.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of the world of agencies;
  • Knowledge of roles related to Digital Marketing;
  • Previous experience in a booming agency.
